Client

Nezasa was established in Zürich, Switzerland, in 2012. The company has grown to a team of more than 80 people, expanding to Portugal and Chile, and becoming the industry-leading B2B travel technology provider.

Challenge

Despite their innovative products' proven success, Nezasa knew there was room for improvement, especially when it came to developing data-driven solutions and providing the right tools to their customers. With the right approach, they could further disrupt the travel industry and enhance the travel experience for their customers and travellers worldwide. To improve their existing products and maximise the potential of their data, Nezasa approached SamuylovAI to ask for the proper support in developing a comprehensive strategy for data analytics.

Our approach

Together with SamuylovAI, Nezasa embarked on a journey to unlock the full potential of their data. We started with analysing the current operations of Nezasa and grasped the vision for the company's future through a series of workshops. Then, our team examined the structure and complexity of available data, as well as reviewed how data points flow through Nezasa systems. Finally, we analysed Nezasa's data infrastructure and how it could handle an increasing amount of data points, analytics, and data science tasks.

"The collaboration is pragmatic, lean, agile. Communication is direct and to the point. Feedback loops to improve anything about the collaboration can take place anytime and always in a constructive way with direct impact. The insights and know-how Denis and his team brought to the table was diverse and perfect to get our data infrastructure to the next level."

Results

Based on the results of our thorough analysis, we identified several areas for improvement in the Nezasa operational processes. Our team articulated recommendations to bring the company data infrastructure to the desired state and developed a comprehensive strategy for effectively collecting, storing, accessing, processing, and analysing data. We conducted a series of  workshops to present our findings and address open questions from the Nezasa team.

"The biggest value is the clarification and thus acceleration of important feasibility and opportunity questions. Thanks to the input that we got from SamuylovAI, we quickly had a good understanding what opportunities there are and what is needed to get started."

Future

With the successful completion of the strategic planning phase, Nezasa is ready to take action.  The next step in our journey is to turn the strategy into reality. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Nezasa and joining our efforts to create a long-lasting impact on the future of travel.

"The evaluation written by Denis are not only used for immediate decision taking, but will also serve as work of reference down the road thanks to the conceptual work done. The most exciting might actually be what is still to come, but we know we have a partner at our side who shares the same result-oriented, forward looking work approach as we do."
